Elimination of Sufferings Forever

There is an African proverb that reads "When you have no enemy inside, the enemy outside can do you no harm."

According to Bhagwad Geeta,

ये हि संस्पर्शजा भोगा दुःखयोनय एव ते ।
आद्यन्तवन्तः कौन्तेय न तेषु रमते बुधः ।। (Ch 6.22)

Son of Kunti,
pleasures
born of sensations
are like wombs filled with pain;
they have a beginning
and an end,
so the wise one
does not rejoice in them.

शक्नोतीहैव यः सोढुं प्राक्शरीरविमोक्षणात् ।
कामक्रोधोद्भवं वेगं स युक्तः स सुखी नरः ।। (Ch 6.23)

One who can endure
in this world
the shock that begins
in desire and anger,
before release
from the body,
is joined to yoga
and a happy person.

According To Patanjali Yoga Sutras,

अविद्याअस्मितारागद्वेषाभिनिवेशः क्लेशाः (Patanjali Yoga Sutras 2.3)

avidyā-asmitā-rāga-dveṣa-abhiniveśaḥ kleśāḥ

avidya=ignorance
asmita= egoism, all of us think that "I am the body: and the Self ,the pure, the ever blissful and that is ignorance
raga=desire, believe that out of circumstances are responsible for happiness
dvesha= believe that outer circumstances are responsible for unhappiness
abhinivesah=fear of death
klesah=pain bearing obstructions

Five things that brings pain in our life are- ignorance, egoism ,attachment ,aversion and clinging to life (fear of death).

We can say that ignorance is the mother of all misery. What else can make us miserable, the real nature of soul is eternal bliss. It is because of this ignorance that we attach ourself to to pain and pleasure.

Now the question arises, How are we going to remove that ignorance?. Many of you must have guessed, that is by getting the right knowledge we can go into that real nature and transcend our awareness.

You can take any way to achieve that incessant,perpetual state of existence .There multitudinous ways to do so.

But Path Of Yoga - being the most profound of all. Gyan Yoga (also called jnana yoga) .

Jñāna yoga, also known as Jnanamarga, is one of the several spiritual paths that emphasizes the "path of knowledge",also known as the "path of self-realization".
This is a solitary path that will end all your sufferings forever.
Jnana Yoga is a process of learning to discriminate between what is real and what is not, what is eternal and what is not.
It involves reading of Sacred teachings ,Philosophy,Self Nature,Contemplating, Meditation etc.

Something extra:

I want you to try this simple exercise which has profound physical and mental health benefits if practiced daily.

Try this, sit on a chair in a comfortable position , spinal cord straight , take a slow and deep breath (Known as pooraka) , hold your breath as long as you can (This is called kumbhaka) ,and finally release the breath very slowly (known as rechaka). Now repeat this process for 5 minutes looking at the stopwatch(for this time,you can increase the duration later).

Magical isn't it ?. You will enter into the state of higher consciousness, the state of perpetual bliss for a moment You will feel calm and quiet,You will experience something new. Practicing this exercise everyday will not only improve your health but also enhance your thinking capability. This way helps you to control the prana(the life force) and which ultimately helps you control the mind.

And I want you to use the power of human brain and contemplate profoundly on the problem that you are facing .Worrying and Thinking about a problem is not same thing. And trust me only you and you can get yourself out of it.
No one else is going to do that for you.
 Belief in Yourself, You are capable of achieving anything irrespective of your caste,creed,nationality,gender,region or religion.

And Have goals in life .This is one life and if you have a dream ,I believe that you can achieve that. Even if the whole world turns against you at all circumstances, the word "you lost" echoes strongly ,screaming at your face, whoever, whereever,forever, cannot defeat you until you accept it. May the infinite intelligence guide you to achieve your dreams.

Thanks For Reading.
